I
completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1977 and my Master
of Science Degree in Clinical & Community Psychology in 1986, both
at California State University, Fullerton.
I was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 24713)
in 1988, after completing 3000 hours of supervised counseling experience
and passing my licensing examination through the California Board
of Behavioral Science Examiners. I have been a Clinical Member In
Good Standing of the California Association of Marriage and Family
Therapists since 1990. In June of 2014 I completed a ten-month certificate program in depth-oriented Jungian psychotherapy.
I have been serving the Southern California community as a private
practice therapist since 1986. My office is located in Brea, California. I provide individual,
couple and family therapy, covering a broad range of specialties,
including depression and anxiety, sexuality, sexual orientation
issues, crisis resolution for children and their families, and divorce
and custody mediation. I have been a qualified expert witness in
custody matters for the last ten years in Family Courts in Orange
and Los Angeles Counties.
